For cancellations within 14 days to 7 days of group arrival date, a non-arrival fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation will apply, per cancelled booking. For Cancellations within 7 days of group arrival date, cancellation equivalent to the entire length of stay against the number of rooms may apply, at the contracted rate listed in the agreement. No-shows & Early departures will incur cancellation fee equal to the entire length of stay, at the contracted rate listed in the agreement.
